Rodent Building Inspection $99

Everything starts with your inspection. We check all the standard entry points that let rodents sneak inside + tree clearance for rooftop access & crawlspaces and attics for nesting and contamination. (If you sign up for the $499 90 day RIP program at time of inspection, we'll waive your inspection fee!)

The Myzzer RIP Program (90 days) $499

The RIP Program takes 3 visits. We know- the faster the better! Once your inspection has been done and any issues found are fixed you're ready to trap any rodents hiding inside. You'll set a visit every 2 weeks for 3 visits until we go through 2 weeks without any activity. At that point your active service ends and the house goes under warranty for the remainder of your 90 days.

For maintenance service with quarterly follow-ups we offer a 1 year program.

Note: Tree trimming may be required.

The RIP Business Program

This is a monthly service for businesses or large structures where complete sealing of the building may not be possible. This is often the case on loading docks or where bay doors are open during business hours allowing whatever wanders through to cause a new problem.

*To completely stop rodents some tree trimming may be required. Approx. 3 1/2 feet of clearance around your roofline

Additional Services

After your current rodent problem is gone these services can remove all signs of rodents.

CONTAMINATED INSULATION

When rodents use insulation as nesting material, it soaks up their smell. Replacing contaminated insulation will dramatically improve air quality of most homes, remove a dangerous health hazard and save you money on heating and air conditioning.

VAPOR BARRIER

The Vapor Barrier under your home prevents wood damage from moisture and insects. It should be in good condition, free of rodent droppings and standing water.

EXCLUSION

All standard rodent entry points are checked and sealed in addition to holes found during the crawlspace restoration.

SANITIZER

The crawlspace will be fogged with sanitizer to give your house a fresh new smell.

RODENT REMOVAL

After restoring the crawlspace it will be devoid of food pockets and preferred nesting materials. Hungry rodents are easily caught and removed using the RIP program.
